Visit a Showhome

Our showhomes offer a combination of standard features and design upgrades, personalized options, and elevated interior selections. This is to highlight how you can make any Parkwood house your dream home depending on your needs and budget.

Our showhomes are open Monday through Thursday from 3:00-8:00pm, as well as Saturday, Sunday, and most holidays from 12:00-5:00pm. That said, our Area Sales Managers may occasionally leave to show a customer a quick possession home in the community. We encourage you to give them a call or shoot them an email if they’ve just missed you.

If you are interested in purchasing one of our Parkwood showhomes, we encourage you to engage with an Area Sales Manager. Possession dates for our showhomes vary depending on a number of factors, but we are always happy to discuss this option if your desired showhome is not yet listed for sale.

We have showhomes in most of the communities we build in, but for the ones in which we do not, our Area Sales Managers will be happy to take you on a tour through an existing showhome that highlights which models are available to build those communities as well.
