Parkwood Homes is expanding into new communities! We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing Edmonton sales team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this key role, you’ll guide homebuyers through an exciting and personalized purchase journey—helping them build the home they’ve always dreamed of.

About You
You’re a self-starter with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and take pride in representing a trusted local builder. You also have a strong understanding of the new home construction process. Ideally, you bring:
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in new home sales
- The ability to read and interpret floorplans and blueprints
- A solid understanding of the residential homebuilding process from sales through construction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A professional and polished approach to customer service and brand representation
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
What You’ll Do
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in our customers’ homebuilding journey. Your responsibilities include:
- Becoming an expert on Parkwood’s home models, design options, features, and community-specific architectural guidelines
- Providing guidance to buyers throughout the full sales and construction process—from initial inquiry through to possession
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets in alignment with company goals
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts and maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer files
- Collaborating with internal departments (drafting, construction, design, etc.) to ensure a seamless and informed customer experience
- Ensuring show homes, signage, and marketing materials are presentable, well-stocked, and aligned with Parkwood brand standards
