    ❄️ Happy Holidays! ❄️

Wishing you and your family a wonderful and safe holiday season!
Here are a few reminders for your home maintenance now that the seasons are changing:

    Icy Walkways

Ensure your driveway and walkways are safe by sprinkling some sand or kitty litter on any ice. This provides great traction to avoid any slips, and is safe to use on your newly poured concrete – win, win!

Do not use salt or chemical-based ice melts, as this will cause surface damage and void your concrete warranty.

    EMERGENCY CONTACTS

Did you know? An emergency list of your home’s mechanical service providers can be found in your
    mechanical room.

Should an emergency issue arise over the holidays regarding no heat, no water, or no electricity, just locate
the needed phone number on the stickers on your furnace, hot water tank, or electrical panel.

    HELPFUL HOLIDAY TIPS

Putting up a real Christmas Tree? Ensure your tree is always watered to prevent dryness and any fire hazards.

Going away over the holidays? Use timers on your indoor lamps and outside holiday lights to help create the sense of someone always being at home, and don’t turn off your water or furnace while away.
