Are you outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about home design? Parkwood Homes is seeking a part-time or full-time Sales Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll support our sales team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and help manage the day-to-day operations of our show homes.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Sales Associate role includes:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience and supporting the daily operations of our show homes and sales centres. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Warmly greet and assist prospective buyers in our show homes.
  • Share detailed information on floorplans, community amenities, and pricing.
  • Build trust and rapport to understand client needs and guide them through the buying journey.

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage inquiry logs.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and other documentation.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure follow-ups are completed.

Show Home Presentation

  • Ensure show homes and sales centres are always clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Monitor marketing material inventory and request restocks as needed.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Support communication efforts via email and phone.
  • Assist with event coordination, community initiatives, and occasional social media updates.
  • Share customer feedback and observations to support continuous improvement.

Industry Insight

  • Stay informed on homebuilding trends, new designs, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide timely insights to the sales and marketing teams.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (an asset).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
